Caitlin is a NYC based dancer, model, and fitness professional. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she discovered her love for dance at the age of 2. For 16 years, she trained in tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and musical theater under the direction of Cynthia Phillips, a former Radio City Rockette. She went on to attend Carnegie Mellon University and obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. While studying business in college, Caitlin rigorously maintained her dance training on and off campus. She sought out classes at Point Park University, Dance Alloy theater, and Millenium Dance Complex. In 2013, an opportunity to perform with the AFL dance team, the Pittsburgh Sparks, presented itself. For two years, Caitlin trained and performed under the direction of coach Jennelle Johnson, a former Cleveland Cavaliers dancer. It was while dancing with the Sparks that she realized she loved performing as part of a team. Caitlin joined the Brooklynettes NBA dance team for the 2014-2015 season under the direction of Adar Wellington. She is now a member of the Nets Kids Dance Team coaching staff. In addition to coaching, she is a working dancer and can be found training at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance Capezio Center. She also enjoys training her clients at Gotham Gym in Soho, and teaching Zumba at various Equinox locations around Manhattan.
